On September 10, 2016, the 1st Unmanned Aircraft Systems Autonomous Control Frontier Forum (UASACFF 2016) held successfully in Beihang University vision hotel. More than 80 guests attended this forum. The guests consist of institute director and Chief Designer from industrial sector, dean from Tsinghua University, Peking University , BUAA, NUAA, BIT, HIT, NWPU , NUDT, academician, Changjiang Scholars, Outstanding Young Investigator from Unmanned aircraft control related areas, as well as from land / sea / air , rocket forces , General Staff and the like mounted hair .
UASACFF was held by TCGNC and TCCT. It will be held once a year. The first forum was held by BUAA. The purpose of forum is to closely geared to the needs of national strategic needs, and discuss the frontier issues in the field of autonomous control system of unmanned aerial systems and disruptive technology, and to establish a "brainstorming platform" for the domestic researchers unmanned aerial vehicles from all walks.

Fan Yanming Researcher from Shen Yang 601 demonstrated that the UAV autonomous control with intelligent control, combined with the state of various types of UAV and introduced the future development trend and key technology of solving urgently. Tianjin University Information Institute Vice President Professor Zong Qun discussed the hypersonic UAV autonomous flight control modeling and key technologys.Air force equipment research institute researcher Wu Lirong gived the special needs of UAV air combat for autonomous control. Chengdu 611 flight engineer Yang Zhaoxu researcher analyzed the new development and application of UAV flight control technology in the engineering problems according to major national commitments models.
